What are Monoblock Valves and what application for them?
What are Monoblock valves?
Monoblock directional control valves have many outstanding features including high performance, high efficiency, small volume, mass flow, and leak proof. In addition, the compact direction control valves have fixed and big pull rod to control direction, providing various ports and circuit valves. Our monoblock directional control valve offers various operation methods including manual control, pneumatic control, hydraulic and electric control.
In addition, the compact directional control valves have fixed and big pull rod to control direction, providing various ports and circuit valves.
Most of monoblock valves are include check valve and relief valve.
The check valve inside the valve body is to insure the hydraulic oil not to be
returned. The relief valve inside the valve body is able to adjust the hydraulic system working pressure.
Benefits:
- These monoblock with compact design,so that will be allowed for installations in tight areas.
- All spools are standard double acting with spring return to neutral position which are ideal for double acting cylinders.
- Used for open center systems (Pump to Tank Flow) ,and closed center option available.
- Anti-drop load checks on each spool.
- Precision ground and hard chrome-plated spools assure a long life
- High-tensile strength cast iron monoblock construction
- solid seal and prevent blockages are ensured by SAE O-Ring ports.
- Capable of closed centeror Power Beyond (conversion plug required)
- Vertical or horizontal handle mount can satsfied for all appliction.
- Adjustable Relief Valve Range are in high pressure 1500 ~3625 PSI
- Preset Pressure Relief: 2610 PSI
- Used as motor or single-acting spool possible (#8 SAE port plug required)
Where are they used?
Monoblock valves are used to start and stop fluid flow into hydraulic cylinders or hydraulic motors. and are used in the agricultural, industrial and mobile industries to provide smooth operation, low-pressure drop, and rapid response for precise fluid control in a lightweight constructed valve.
